Clear guidelines to protect your rights and ensure transparency

At Jon The Monk Marketing, we provide digital marketing services designed to help clients grow through strategic advertising, content optimization, and targeted digital campaigns. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund policy applies to all purchases:

Refund Window

  1. Clients have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a full refund.

  2. Requests must be submitted in writing via email or our contact form.

  3. After 24 hours, all sales are final unless the agency is at fault.

Refunds After 24 Hours

Refunds beyond the 24-hour window will only be granted if:

  • A clear error was made by Jon The Monk Marketing, and The issue is proven to be caused solely by the agency.

Agency labor, ad setup, research, and campaign development are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  1. Any chargeback filed after or during service delivery will be:

  2. Disputed with documented proof of completed work.

  3. Considered a breach of the Service Agreement.

  4. Subject to additional legal action allowed under Georgia law.

Clients are responsible for all fees associated with fraudulent disputes.

Digital Services

Because all services are digital:

  1. We do not guarantee specific numerical results (views, subscribers, conversions, sales, etc.).

  2. We guarantee the work itself, which will be documented and provided to the client.

Ad Spend

If a package includes ad spend:

  1. Ad spend becomes non-refundable once a campaign is launched.

  2. Unused ad spend may be credited or refunded at the agency’s discretion.

Client Responsibility

Refunds are not granted if delays or issues result from:

  • Failure to provide required content, passwords, links, or materials

  • Violations of platform rules (YouTube, Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Delays in client communication

  • Misunderstanding of the service purchased

Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing any service from Jon The Monk Marketing, the client agrees to this Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Service Agreement
